The data controller is Tinklab LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (no. 16468278), registered office at First Floor Office 3 Hornton Place, London W8 4LZ, United Kingdom, operating the service under the AppurAI brand. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

The URL you submit for scanning; if you unlock the full report or create an account, your email address; minimal technical data (server logs, IP address) and, with your consent, anonymous usage statistics. The scan only analyses publicly observable pages and headers of the site you enter.

We process your email on the basis of consent, to send you the report and the notifications you enable; technical and security data on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service; usage statistics only with your cookie consent. We never sell your data.

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above: your email while you keep the account or consent, technical logs for a limited period. When you delete your account we remove the associated data, unless the law requires otherwise.

We rely on providers acting as processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics). Some may be located outside the European Economic Area: in that case transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

The controller is in the United Kingdom. The EU and the UK recognise each other as providing an adequate level of protection, so data may flow between the two areas in compliance with the GDPR and the UK GDPR.

Only use the tool on sites you own or are authorised to analyse; we do not publish third-party data found during a scan. We may update this policy: material changes will be flagged here with the date.
